Nope, they're talking about the OLD ones, Eliza... your new ones
didn't make it on to the LBNA page.

The "old" ones have been reported missing by several reliable
sorces, howeber (I believe) it is LBNA policy to not remove
a 'missing box' unless confirmed by the placer. All attempts to
contact the placers of these boxes have failed.

I can understand why the webmasters don't want to post boxes as missing
unless confirmed by a placer, but this is a good example of where the policy
might be tweaked slightly. If someone who has been to the box before can
confirm that it is missing or moved, and the placers can't be contacted, it
would be nice if the clues could be annotated as "missing, but not confirmed
by planters". People will drop away from this hobby for a variety of
reasons, and it would be a shame if the site were littered with known wild
goose chases.
